On 25 July 2008, the day before going to the integration party, CompoSYS, as usual, invites all employees to a meeting in the Company's Wrocław headquarters, to summarise the last period, at which detailed analysis and plans for the next half-year will be presented. The meeting will be conducted by the managers of individual departments in the presence of the President of the Board.

CompoSYS Group Sp. z o.o. has for years been implementing a policy of creating a friendly atmosphere for the employees and which encourages only their positive aspects. Amongst the most effective HR tools in this respect are for sure the events of a team building type, which when organized systematically, help build harmonious teams, which then are translated into the Company's excellent results. Previous events have already been held: on a river barge, in an old castle, at a mansion at beautiful Milicz ponds, Winna Góra, and in an underground complex (Riese),left by the Germans. Now it is time for integration in the context of water sports.
